Logging in to Rollingo: the short version
The login is kept simple on purpose: an email address, a password and, if you turn it on, a two-factor code. There is no username, no social sign-in and no separate login for the sportsbook. One account opens the casino lobby, the live tables, the sportsbook and the cashier. During our October 2026 test we signed in on a Windows laptop, an iPhone and an Android phone, on home broadband and on mobile data, and it took under 20 seconds each time once the password manager filled in the fields.
This guide covers where to sign in, what happens on the first login, how two-factor authentication works, and the four problems that stop most players at the door. If you have not opened an account yet, the in-depth review explains what the casino offers before you register.
Where to log in to Rollingo: browser and web app
There is no native app in the App Store or Google Play, so every login happens in a browser. On desktop, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari all worked without trouble. On a phone the site loads as a responsive web page, and you can install it as a progressive web app (PWA) for quicker access.
- iOS: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
The web app opens full-screen with no browser bars and remembers your session like a normal app. It uses the same account, balance and bonus as the desktop version, so you can start a session on the laptop and finish it on your phone on the bus. Be wary of any download offered outside the official site that claims to be the casino’s app: there is none, and files like that are a common way logins get stolen.
Before the first login: registration
You can only log in once you have an account. Registration asks for an email address, a password, your name, date of birth, address and preferred currency, which is euro for Irish players. You must be 18 or older, and the details must match the documents you will upload later for verification, so use your real name and current address, Eircode included.
After you submit the form, the casino sends a confirmation email. Click the link in it to activate the account; until you do, the login form may reject your details. If the email does not show up, check the spam and promotions folders, then request a new link from the login screen.
Two-factor authentication on Rollingo
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional, but we recommend it for any account holding money. You turn it on in the account security settings by scanning a QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. From then on, every login asks for a six-digit code after the password.
Write down or store any backup codes the setup screen gives you. If you change phone without moving the authenticator across, you will need support to reset 2FA, and that means proving your identity. Codes refresh every 30 seconds; if one is rejected, wait for the next and make sure the phone’s clock is set automatically.
Password reset by email
The reset process runs entirely by email. Tap Log in, choose Forgot password and enter the address on the account. The casino sends a one-time link; open it on the same device if you can and set a new password. The link expires after a short time, so use it straight away. Reset emails come from the casino’s own domain; ignore any message asking you to reply with your password, because support never needs it.
If no reset email arrives, the address may be mistyped or different from the one you registered with. Live chat can confirm which email the account uses once you answer a few security questions.
Locked out after five attempts
After 5 failed login attempts in a row, the account is locked for a while. This protects the balance from password-guessing attacks, but it also catches players who simply forgot which password they used. Guessing again during the lock will not help.
The quickest way back in is the password reset email, which sets a new password and clears the failed attempts. If that does not work, open live chat and ask an agent to unlock the account. Support is available 24/7, and in our six chat sessions the median first reply came in 1 minute 40 seconds. Expect to confirm your name, date of birth and registered email.
VPN, proxies and geo blocks
The casino checks where each login comes from. Connections from countries where it does not accept players are refused, and so are logins through VPNs, proxies and some workplace networks. The error usually reads as a region or access message rather than a password error, which is how you can tell them apart.
Turn the VPN off and try again on your home connection or mobile data. If you travel, be aware that logging in from a restricted country can get the account frozen, and using a VPN to get around a block breaks the terms and conditions and can void winnings. The casino holds an international online gaming licence only and is not licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI), so make sure online casinos are legal where you live.
After you log in at Rollingo
The first login is a good time to get set up properly. Open the responsible gambling section and add deposit limits, loss limits or session reminders before you play. Then upload your ID and proof of address: KYC is required before the first withdrawal, and doing it early saves a wait when you want to cash out.
New players can then make a first deposit from €20, by card, Apple Pay or another listed method, and claim the welcome package of 100% up to €500 + 200 Free Spins, paid as 20 spins a day for 10 days on Sugar Rush 1000. The bonus carries 35x wagering within 10 days and a €5 maximum bet, so read the terms before you opt in. Crypto players can take the 150% crypto welcome instead; the two cannot be combined. When you are ready, roll in and claim the welcome offer.
Still stuck?
Most login problems come down to a mistyped email, an old password, an expired 2FA code or a VPN running in the background. Work through those four first. If nothing helps, use live chat or email support; there is no phone line, so ignore any number claiming to be the casino’s helpline.
