How we read the Rollingo terms
The casino publishes two documents: General Terms, covering accounts, verification, payments and closures, and Bonus Terms, covering every promotion. The versions we reviewed are dated 1 October 2026. Operators change these documents without much warning, so the date at the top of the page is the first thing to check before you deposit.
This page does not reproduce the text clause by clause. Instead it picks out the rules that decide how much of a bonus you can actually withdraw and how quickly money reaches you, and explains them with worked figures in euro. For the wider picture on games, support and payouts, see the in-depth review.
This is an editorial summary, not legal advice; the casino’s own terms always take precedence.
Wagering: what 35x really costs
The welcome package is 100% up to €500 plus 200 Free Spins on the first deposit, with a €20 minimum. The bonus has to be wagered 35 times within 10 days. Wagering applies to the bonus amount, not to deposit plus bonus, which is fairer than many offshore offers, but the sums still mount up quickly.
| Deposit | Bonus | Wagering required | Per day over 10 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| €20 | €20 | €700 | €70 |
| €100 | €100 | €3,500 | €350 |
| €250 | €250 | €8,750 | €875 |
| €600 | €500 (capped) | €17,500 | €1,750 |
At the €5 maximum bet, clearing a €500 bonus takes at least 3,500 spins. That is doable for a regular slot player over 10 days, but not for someone who plays for an hour at the weekend. If the daily figure in the right-hand column looks uncomfortable, take a smaller bonus or skip it altogether.
Free spins and their conditions
The 200 Free Spins are not credited in one go. They come as 20 spins a day for 10 days, all on Sugar Rush 1000. Each batch has to be used on the day it lands, so a missed login means losing those spins. Free spin winnings go into the bonus balance and carry the same 35x wagering. In practice, the spins are a daily reason to log in rather than a separate prize.
The €5 maximum bet rule
While any bonus money is active, a single spin, hand or round may not go above €5. This is the clause players break most often, usually by accident after a big win or when moving to a game with a higher default stake. The terms let the casino cancel the bonus and any winnings made with it if the cap is broken, even once.
Bonus-buy features count as a single bet at their full price, so most of them break the €5 cap by themselves. The simplest approach is to set your stake to €5 or less before the first spin and leave it there until the wagering counter hits zero.
Which games count, and how much
Slots contribute 100% to wagering: a €1 bet counts as €1 cleared. Table games such as blackjack and roulette contribute 10%, so a €1 bet clears only €0.10. Live casino contributes 0%, which means time at Mega Roulette, Speed Baccarat or Funky Time does nothing for a bonus. Clearing €3,500 of wagering on table games would take €35,000 of bets, which is not a serious option.
If you mostly play live tables, the welcome bonus is a poor fit. Playing with cash only is usually the better choice, and the Monday cashback of 10% on net slot losses up to €500 carries just 1x wagering.
Excluded payment methods and bonus combinations
Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify for the welcome bonus. The deposit still goes through and you can play, but no bonus is added. If you want the offer, use a card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or another listed method for the first deposit.
The crypto welcome is an alternative, not an add-on: 150% up to €1,000 from a €30 minimum deposit in BTC, ETH, LTC or USDT, with 40x wagering within 14 days and no free spins. You choose one or the other. The sportsbook welcome is separate and runs alongside a casino bonus, with its own 6x rollover at minimum odds of 1.80.
Verification and Rollingo withdrawal limits
KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal. Expect to upload a photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, and a proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement, and possibly proof of the payment method. Name, date of birth and address must match the registration, so mismatches are the main cause of delays. Withdrawals can sit in pending review for up to 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal is €20. The maximum is €5,000 per day and €20,000 per month. A €12,000 win is therefore paid over three days, and anything above €20,000 rolls into the next month. Once approved, crypto arrives within an hour, e-wallets within 24 hours, cards in 1–3 business days and bank transfers in 1–5 business days. In our own test, a crypto withdrawal took 38 minutes, Skrill 9 hours and Visa 2 business days.
Account rules worth knowing
Each player may hold one account only, and players must be 18 or older. Using a VPN to get around a country restriction breaks the terms and can void winnings. Dormant accounts and self-excluded accounts are dealt with under the General Terms, and responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion can be set from the account page. The casino holds an international online gaming licence only and is not licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI), so disputes go to the licensing body abroad rather than to an Irish authority.
Our take on the terms
The terms are typical of an offshore casino: a fair wagering base on the bonus only, but a tight 10-day window and a strict €5 cap. Read the bonus terms in full, verify your account early and, if a bonus does not suit how you play, simply turn it down. To see how these rules compare with other casino types, read the comparison or head back to the review homepage. If the conditions suit you, claim the welcome offer.
